Is it possible to place 3D objects in Unity with room model loaded to Match them perfectly.

Seems to make perfect sense until I actually tried it. A quick google search indicates that I need to use spatial Anchor but I don't see any more detailed guide on how to archive this. Has anyone done this yet ?
In other words. I don't want to position my 3d hologram at run time on the holo lens. I wish to pre-position them in Unity using the room model as a guide.
Thanks for your help.

This may help?
https://forums.hololens.com/discussion/514/creating-and-assigning-spatial-anchorsOr if you want to save the room model you may need remote spatial mapping:
