The error appears to be that you don't have enough RAM on your system to launch the emulator. The Emulator requires at least 2048MB, so your system needs to have at least that + Unity + VS.Net + enough RAM to do system level processes. That can easily require at least 4GB or RAM for your whole system. I would try to free up some live RAM by closing down some apps that may be running in the background.

You can try to tinker around with the Hyper-V related memory settings. Beware of side effects that might impair the performance of your computer though.

Thanks Dwight & DaTruAndi for your suggestions.

I have windows 10 installed on mac using parallel. Just increasing RAM to 8 GB still not works , it complains of processors now.

Is there any other work around while using windows 10 on mac using 4GB of RAM.

What should be minimum RAM to work for Hololens Emulator ? Its 8GB RAM actual vs increase of RAM from 4GB to 8GM using advance settings?

I think your issue is going to be the lack of GPU support, and possibly SLAT, in parallels, however I'm not sure. I know as of Jan this year there have been issues with parallels trying to get Hyper-V to run, so that most likely what you're running into. Maybe someone else with Parallel knowledge can answer better.

    The requirements are:
64-bit Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education (The Home edition does not support Hyper-V)
    •64-bit CPU
•8 GB of RAM or more
•In the BIOS, the following features must be supported and enabled: •Hardware-assisted virtualization
    •Second Level Address Translation (SLAT)
    •Hardware-based Data Execution Prevention (DEP)

•GPU (The emulator might work with an unsupported GPU, but will be significantly slower) •DirectX 11.0 or later
    •WDDM 1.2 driver or later

Okay, Anurag is trying to get the emulator working on Parallels. @Anurag, is Bootcamp an option for you? I'm seeing a lot of people struggling with running the emulator on Parallels, and I suspect even if you get it working, the performance is going to be unacceptable.
