hologram active when application is in sleep mode

any way to make a hologram from an application to be seen even after blooming? it will be something like the ones from Holograms app, where object placed still can be seen even after blooming.

Unfortunately, not with our current SDK. The 'Holograms' app has access to private APIs from the Windows shell that are not available to external programs. Please open a feature request via the 'Feedback Hub' to get this support added.
