Hololens 101 Tutorial - Error:Namespace 'global::' already contains a definition for SpeechManager.

Hi,
I am making progress through the tutorial and have gotten most of it to work. I have gotten stuck 3 times already after Chapter 4 - Spatial sounds. When I create the "SpeechManager" script, I receive the error "...CS0101: The namespace 'global::' already contains a definition for SpeechManager". If I skip this chapter entirely, I can go on, and once I actually had gotten this to work. I have checked to be certain I didn't have this script defined twice, and still receive this error. Does anyone have any idea what I should do next to locate what is causing this problem or has anyone seen this problem in the tutorial?
Thanks.
