Best way to capture webcam feed or MRC feed from Unity

i am trying to capture the camera feed and then the Mixed Reality (MR) feed from the Hololens.
with the intention of streaming them over the network.
Using Unity WebcamTexture I get really low fps 5-6 fps. What is the proposed way in you opinion?
The Holographic SDK only allows you to save the MR feed to disk.
