How to install unity tools for visual studio in Unity HoloLens edition

They show up fine in normal unity but I can't get them to show up in HoloLens edition. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Make sure you have been followed the instruction of this site https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/holographic/install_the_tools

    Otherwise the tools is included with unity, u dont need to worry about it.

    I followed these instructions and visual studio tools for unity is not included!

    There are no such tools you must install a clean version of Visual Studio from the link, this contains the tools and custom configure to add the UWP Windows 10 Library and Unity5.4 HoloLens generate the VC# code
