Live video stream from HoloLens?
We have come up with a few demo scenarios where it would be useful to display a live video feed of what the HoloLens wearer is seeing. Is there a recommended way to do this?
This seems to be possible as the Microsoft HoloLens Store App does this. This app uses a REST API exposed from the device itself, is this api documented? It would be easy enough to reverse engineer but we wanted to stay within the lines if possible. Would there be any performance considerations in doing something like this?

The REST API is documented at https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/holographic/device_portal_api_referenceRegarding performance considerations, the following page describes the impact or taking a mixed reality capture. https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/holographic/using_mixed_reality_capture#Taking_mixed_reality_captures
Thanks!

You could also do this using the Mixed Reality Capture on the Windows Device Portal.
