Hololens Emulator "Fatal Error"
I wonder if anyone else has been bothered by this issue of the Hololens Emulator (10.0.11082.1039) has been receiving an error during setup that doesn't allow you to install the emulator. The message "Fatal error during installation" is pretty much all that is displayed.

That errors is usually because Hyper-V is not enabled in BIOS or you don't have Windows Professional, you need both to run HoloLens Emulator.
