Hololens and Data Distributed Service (DDS)

Hello together,

has some one of you experience using the hololens and DDS? I would likely install an DDS Application on the Hololens to connect it with my current "DDS Network".
I found nothing how I could install normal applications on the Hololens. Only Apps/Universal Apps. Is it possible?

Greetings
Tim

Not sure about your DDS application and the options to build a UWP version, but...

As mentioned in the docs, the HoloLens runs the Universal Windows Platform and UWP apps.

HoloLens uses the app model provided by the Universal Windows Platform (UWP), a model and environment for modern Windows apps.

So no, traditional/classic Win 32 desktop apps will not run on the HoloLens.
