Can't choose Windows Store & Universal 10 SDK in Unity Hololens 5.4?

The instructions to build the Galaxy Explorer app for the emulator are:
"From Unity, choose File->Build Settings to bring up the Build Settings window. All of the scenes in the Scenes to Build section should be checked. Choose Windows Store as the Platform. On the right side, choose Universal 10 as the SDK, D3D as the UWP Build Type, and then click Build. Create a new folder called 'UWP' and choose this folder."

I have Unity Hololens 5.4 installed, but when I try to follow the build instructions I find that there is no "Universal 10 SDK" available when I click on the Windows Store platform. It says that no Windows Store module is loaded.

What do I need/am missing that would provide the Universal 10 SDK so that I can do a Hololens build?

Thanks much!
