Can you develop on hololens without a microsoft account?

Just wondering if you can develop on hololens with only the kit and no microsoft account? Thanks

    Thanks, If I want to order an extra hololens for an employee here (We got our wave 1 order link). Will I have to give him access to my microsoft account to use it with the UWP apps or will it work if we sign up a separate MSA for him? Having two devices would make life so much easier, but I also don't want people accessing my account as I've bought a lot of apps on the Windows 10 store and have private emails.
