There is a lot of great video content which explore design concepts on the web from a variety of sources that are not HoloLens specific. However, as mentioned elsewhere, developing for HoloLens and the Windows Holographic platform requires a very cross-discipline mindset and skillset.
If you see or know of a great online video that discusses or explores relevant design ideas that you feel is worth watching when thinking about HoloLens application design and development please post a link to it in this thread:
