Xbox One Controller Support
I search the forms for a bit and found a post stating it was possible that xbox controller can connect to the hololens. However i have not been able to connect the controller to the hololens.
Is it true that you can connect to the xbox controller to the hololens?
If not do you guys have plans to make this possible? I feel that this would be so worth it .
Thanks
Calzaretta

HoloSheep mod
@Calzaretta the Build 2016 talk on Building UWP 2D apps mentions Gamepad support via raw HID at about the 27 min mark. (also mention on Slide 31 of the slide deck)
You might also want to check if you have updated your controller with the latest software.
I am still waiting on a buy link, so like @mtycholaz I unfortunately cannot speak from first hand experience yet either.

I don't have the hardware, so I couldn't say for sure if you can use the controller with Hololens, but you can use the XBOX controller within the emulator, and with the XBOX app to stream XBOX One games.

@Calzaretta HoloLens only supports pairing Bluetooth accessories, and the Xbox One controller does not operate over Bluetooth even with the latest software. @HoloSheep is correct though, as long as the gamepad is connected via Bluetooth.
There is bluetooth supported XBox controller. BUT it does not support HID in open manner according to this post described.
Although The Hololens development video shows connectivity with raw HID profile only, but we can hope that Hololens can support XBox bluetooth controller by firmware update.
