240 problem with Launcher script

Hi,
I am trying to get the launcher to work in the holograms 240 script. The shared experience is working and I am able to place the energy hub but I am unable to Air tap and get a projectial to launch when I place the script on the HologramCollection game object. There are no compiler errors and every thing seems to be in order.

    Hi @Fletch,
Are you using the emulator or a HoloLens? Did you pick a P0LY (avatar)? The ShootProjectile function expects you to have already picked an avatar.
Also, double-check that you have updated all of the scripts in the Discovery chapter (including AppStateManager, which will be responsible for detecting the tap gesture for shooting). Finally, if your cursor appears with any of these colors: magenta, yellow, blue, green, red (listed under the Cursor > CursorOffHolograms > Point Light > Set Status Color component), then your app has not fully established/downloaded the anchor so you will be unable to launch projectiles.
