When adjusting holograms, how can I rotate them?
When adjusting hologram windows, I can resize them or drag them left/right/up/down. I'd like to know if it's possible to rotate them. I've noticed that sometimes they do rotate, but it's not always consistent. Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't that depend on the application and the functionality implemented in the app itself?
For pinned holograms I would kind of expect that if I pinned it to a vertical surface like a wall that the surface would dictate the placed rotation, however I could see if you pinned a hologram on a table top you might want to be able to spin it around on the table, instead of walking around the table. Or if you are shopping for virtual furniture, I could see you wanting to be able to adjust the rotation angle to fit it into your living space appropriately.
However, the https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/holographic/hololens_shell_overviewdo not describe and system wide rotate that I noticed. And the emulator input keystrokes in the docs seem to be more about moving the users position that the holograms.
I also don't see mention of hologram rotation in the Designing Holograms section.
My guess is that rotating and spinning of holograms could be implemented on a case by case bases as appropriate in the application scenario. Perhaps this is one of the user interactions that is begging for one or more best practice guidlines.

Thanks! this helped. I figured there probably wasn't a way, but thought I'd ask just in case anyone else figured it out.
Found a reference to rotating a hologram in one of the tutorials:
"Objectives
•Use Navigation gesture events to rotate the astronaut."
