Is Hololens faster with the real device that with emulator in terms of communication?

I am experience a lot of issues with Hololens emulator. Communication do not go soft. When I try with other UWP emulator goes quite good. Somebody that have the real device can they ask me if the experience ( handling geometries), communication with sockets is so different with the real device? Or is similar ?

    @DiegoV,
    There are some issues when trying to use the emulator to communicate with the localhost. For network testing, it is best to run the emulator from a separate PC.
