Hololens suddenly has problem recognizing gestures

Yesterday our HoloLens that had functioned correctly for about a month suddenly started to have difficulties recognizing gestures. It sometimes still recognizes the air tab, but I can't use other gestures at all.
I can use voice control and Bluetooth devices.
I have already tried to reset the software. Before contacting support, is there anything else we can do?
