Audio Compression - any best practices or tips?

I was just playing with getting file size down and noticing that Vorbis compression seemed to work, but ADPCM didn't in my limited test. Any suggestions on what to use and to what level of compression HoloLens seems to work best with? Any suggestions on what not to use... etc
