Probably look at game development budgeting levels. You're paying for somebody to storyboard ideas, creative director. 3d modelers and animators, and ui design folks. Then you need a bunch of 3d developers, sound folks and voice actors. Then about a year of development time, if not longer. My timeline for my current project is looking at about 2 years. My estimated costs for the time alone is over $300k.
