Vuforia give real world objects unique labels? Differentiate multiple identical targets

Hi Guys, Any idea on how to lock real world objects using Vuforia?
For example I have 5 bottles, I have uploaded the model of Bottles in Vuforia database. Now If I Gaze at the bottles it detects them, But can I lock each bottle with a label / unique id etc? Like I give first bottle as Bottle1 and second bottle as Bottle2 and so on with AirTaps. So If I keep the First bottle to a different location and now gaze at it and it still shows Bottle1 label? Is this possible using Vuforia or with any other thing?
