Sharing - Multi Platform Support?

Question for you guys... I have been approached to create a HoloLens project where sharing will be the main thrust. One point they stress is making the project where others sharing whether using hardware other than a HoloLens, such as a Windows 10 PC or an Android Tablet would be able to interact with the projected view from the main HoloLens... I am therefore asking, Is this possible? From my research, I see those viewing with additional HoloLens can interact with the main viewers screen but can other platforms be combined? I have found no info on this matter and I will be most grateful for assistance. Thanks
