Question about mixed reality capture (MRC)

Hi,
MRC blends the result of the RGB color camera and the holographic camera. Both of them have their own view matrices and should be different from each other. Does MRC considers the difference when perform blending?

Thanks.

I'm trying to understand why the view matrices would be different... I thought the entire idea is to have the holographic camera have the exact same position and transform as the real camera. Could you explain this a bit better? I am probably missing some fundamental understanding of how this works.
