HUD (Screen Space Camera) and video streaming issue

I built a UI for an in-game HUD which is working well except when I try to stream video. When I stream, the HUD (which is fixed to the main camera by setting its render mode to "camera") skews wildly to the right, while inside the dev portal MR view, the video stream clips the left side of the view.

I totally get that a camera locked perspective is a UX no no in HoloLens. I need it anyways.

Any thoughts on how to work around this or why it's happening?
