How to place String content externally to load dynamically ?

Hello Everyone,
I'm developing a HoloLens application which includes text to speech contents in various places in the app. I would like to access those text to speech strings externally without hard coding them in the code. Then it should be able to modify the string content from that external source without rebuilding the app from unity. How can I achieve this ? can anyone help?
