DEP0100, errorcode 80004005: HoloLens tells me developer mode is disabled, but it's not

Hey,

As of today I'm suddenly getting the following code in VS15:
"Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error DEP0100 : Please ensure that target device has developer mode enabled. Could not obtain a developer license on 145.93.166.224 due to error 80004005. "

  • The developer mode is enabled on both my windows machine and on the Hololens.
  • The error happens both on USB and WiFi deploying.
  • I'm trying to launch an Unity app that worked fine before today. Didn't change anything on both the HoloLens, the app and my pc as far as I know.
  • Tried changing the properties manifest to have "Microsoft.Holographic" and higher max versions.
  • I'm running VS15, 14.0.25425.01 Update 3.
  • Trying to run the app on Release, x86, both Remote Machine and Device.
  • Tried rebooting Hololens and PC, turning on/off Developer Mode, re-pairing, rebuilding the Unity Project.

Anyone that has any clue on how I could fix this?

    I can confirm the above problem with the following setup:
    Microsoft® Windows® 10 Professional 14393.1198
    Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2015 14.0.25431.01 Update 3
    Microsoft® HoloLens® Emulator 14393.0

    The issue keeps occurring even after upgrading to Microsoft® Windows® 10 Professional 15063.413.
