HoloLens Emulator support and template for Holographic update for Visual studio 2017

Hololens emulator support for HoloLens and the template for Holographic hasn't been updated for Visual Studio 2017 yet. Only Visual Studio 2015 is supported at this time. When can I get support for the same?

The Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 download is still available.
There is probably little interest in Visual Studio 2017 for a few months as the HoloLens library would need a lot of work to update
