Spectator View and camera sync rotation

Dear people

I implemented a shared experience for 2 or more hololenses. I synced all my objects and interactions by scripts. I have one active user with a hololens and now I can add multiple other passive hololenses or start unity directly with the project and I see the holograms on each app syncing (coming from the active user with the hololens). Now I want to add the spectator view - my problem: when I start the apps the hololenses need to be at the SAME DIRECTION AND POSITION. Otherwise the holograms are shifted and tilted in the spectator view by the respective angle / rotation. I read about some world anchor stuff but I am really not sure how to achieve having the a different perspective at start of the application so that I can start the main active hololens at one position and angle and the spectators at other / different positions...
I hope someone can explain how to solve this... maybe I need also to sync the camera?

Cheers and holographic greetings
Fredrik
