Spaces and download Spatial Mesh of a remote space

Hello everyone!
I want to ask some info about the space loading in hololens.

I know that from the settings app you can load manually the spaces that the HL saved, but what happens if I load the wrong space in the wrong place? So, if I use my HL at work, then I go home and I load the work space, what happens? HL warn me that if I load the wrong space there is the possibility of data loss. So, I wonder that all the data the HL saved at work will wiped because HL don't find its position into the space, and it restart scanning it producing new data. It's right?

What data other that the spatial data and spatial mesh are saved into a Space?

Finally and most important:
I've used my HL to scan a customer's place, now I'm home and I really can't come back to him. How can I backup the customer's place? Can I get the spatial mesh obj without load its space? because to download the obj I need to load the space and use the device portal, but loading it, I will wipe the space because my HL will not find the right position.

I don't understand what you're trying to do. Do you really need to load a scanned spatial mesh on the actual device? The way I do all my development is through the Unity Editor itself and I rarely deploy to the HoloLens except for final tweaking and testing. You can trivially load up existing spatial meshes in the Unity Editor to test how something would perform in a given room you've already scanned.

In other word: I went to the customer office and I used hololens to scan his office. Now I'm in my office, very far from the customer, and I want to get the 3D object from the scan of his office

If all you want is the obj file the spacecatcher app does exactly what you are after.

So there's no way of getting at stored spaces via API?
