Application reloading instead of sleeping in background with Unity 5.6

Hi,

With Unity 5.4, when I did the bloom gesture to go back to the menu, as long as i didn't close the window, I was able to get back in the app just where I left it, without reloading it (without the "made with unity" screen).
I'm now working on two applications with Unity 5.6, and those two always reload (back to the start with "made with Unity") every time i put them in background. I'm guessing something changed with 5.6 (or 5.5), is there a setting or some other way to change this back to how it was in 5.4 ?
