win10 pro 64-bit system: error 0x80070057 when trying to enable the hyper-v feature

Hi all,

I want to install a hololens emulator (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/install_the_tools) on my win10 pro 64-bit laptop. To do so I need to enable the "Hyper-V" feature. However, I always encounter the error 0x80070057 and it says "Windows couldn't complete the requested changes, the parameter is incorrect". I have tried to solve this problem by following the microsoft help https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors
I have proceeded to the step "run DISM command" but I met trouble when executing sfc /scannow, in which the execution cannot be finished.
But I then realized that the hyper-v error might come from the conflict of vmware. I have vmware installed on my computer and I found some people saying that vmware and hyper-v are conflict to each other. Could this be the most possible problem? If so, would there be any method to enable Hyper-V without uninstall vmware but just "forbid" it somehow?

Thanks in advance for any idea!
