Anchor an object using the world anchor manager and disallow the user to move it

Is there a way I can world anchor an object but prevent the user from moving it later on?

    Hey everyone, I added the script Tap On Place on the model I wanted to move, and disabled movement using the keyword manager script on the holotoolkit.
