Sharing information about getting my Acer headset to work.

Hi Guys,

I'm putting this info here in case somebody has the same issue as i have had the past weeks.

In essence it all boils down to getting BSOD when plugging in the headset. I got a "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" caused by 'RtUsbA64.sys'.

This is caused by the USB soundcard in the headset. I resolved this issue by booting into safe mode and then, while the headset was plugged in, deleted the usb realtek device including the checkmark to remove the driver completely. After that i rebooted into windows like always and the headset got detected without any problems. Since then i've been able to use mixed reality portal and it's going great!.

I hope this helps some people who have a similar problem.
