HP Headset not Working

I'm trying to setup the HP Mixed Reality Headset. Got the specs OK; Insider version 16257. The headset is not seen by the Mixed Reality Portal and has no display. The Device Manager shows an error (Code 31) under Mixed Reality devices | HoloLens Sensors. The HoloLens Sensors under Imaging devices shows OK.

Seen the troubleshooting webpage. Tried multiple USB 3.0 ports; unplugging, restarting; uninstalling drivers; uninstalling drivers in safe mode; ...

Any thoughts??

Pete

    Hi @Pete
Suggest you upvote in Windows mixed Reality Feedback- HP Mixed Reality Headset error and maybe make a new posting copying the information supplied above as this may have to be fed back to HP Engineers.
The HP headset is relatively new to this forum so doubt may people have experience of this headset.

Since checking found the statement Windows Mixed Reality problems

If you update to Build 16215 (onward) without setting up Mixed Reality, you will not be able to download Mixed Reality software.

New Windows Mixed Reality developers need to install build 16193 or the Windows 10 Creators Update (Build 14939), plug in the Windows Mixed Reality headset and set up Mixed Reality, then upgrade to the latest FAST build for the best development experience. If you update to Build 16215 without setting up Mixed Reality, you will not be able to download Mixed Reality software.

This sounds awkward, but even more from MR updates

    You have to go back
