[Spectator View] Calibration can't be done because _cam.png aren't output though _holo.jpg are.

Hi everyone. Thank you for finding this question.
I am in trouble over calibration for Spectator View.
Once I start calibration.exe, camera view is displayed and HoloLens starts to take pictures.
However, only _holo.jpg files are in the calibration folder and _cam.png files aren't.
I can't finish the app with pushing enter and it says "take more pictures."
Does enyone has eny idea or guess about this issue?

Did you confirm that there is viable live video coming through the capture card via some third party application?
