Overhead Strap broken

Hi folks,
unfortunately one side of the overhead strap of our hololens broke yesterday and we are not able to glue it in a stable way.
Is there a way to order a new overhead strap? I can't find any option online, but definitly need a new one, as the comfort of the hololens suffers massively without it.

I know of other people who were able to buy replacement straps -- but as you said it doesn't seem to be a public option. I'd start with Microsoft support and see if they can get you in touch with the right people to make a purchase: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
