Launch "Learn Gesture" application in my app.

I would like to be able to click on a button in my app then launch the built in "learn gesture" app in the HoloLens.

I think there should be a way to implement it because in the Actiongram application, it has the function that you can launch "Photos" app by click a button inside the Actiongram application. (after close the "photos" and reopen "Actiongram", the Actiongram app can even detect that user come back to the app and user can continue on where they left off, )

Any hint on how to implement this?
