Holotoolkit 1.5.8 VOIP have so much noise

Hi Guys, we used holotoolkit 1.5.8 to implement Voice chat through VOIP in 2 Apps.One is light weight application and other one is heavy application in terms of computational . Light weight app voice chat is working fine while the other app have so much noise . I not seen much options or explanation regarding this Microphoetransmitter and microphonereceiver script .
When tested the app i realized Microphonreceiver is getting so much noise without the voice input from other device .
Is there any noise reduction is available or is there any proper settings that will reduce the noise.
Please guide me .

I also do the voice chat , it can hear other devices voice,also can hear my own voice .so I dont know how to do it ,do you have some ideas?
No actually the only option i am thinking is updating Holotool kit to latest one.If you found anything that fixes the issue let me know
