Acer headset: Prevent headset from going to sleep

edited September 2017 in Q&A and Discussions

Hi,

Is it possible prevent the Acer headset from going to sleep when idle (not moving). It is really annoying constantly having to "find its surroundings" both during development but also when demoing.

Increasing the timeout would also help.

I have looked at the various settings in the UI but cannot find anything related to the sleep timeout.

Any help will be appreciated

  • Hi @dalingo.
There is not a setting that I am aware of for this, however this would be excellent feedback to send to the Mixed Reality team. The best way to provide that would be to file feedback via the Windows Feedback Hub.
