Windows MR Simulation is blank

I was able to pass the PC Check and start Windows MR Portal, but when I connectted my acer HMD to my computer, the HMD didn't show anyting. So, I tried to use the simulation, but it didn't work either.
The specs of my computer is shown below.
I know my pc doesn't fulfill the recommended specs. I want to ask if there is any possibility to use Windows MR or simulation on this pc.
