Getting rid of the window outline

Is it possible to get rid of the grey window outline that shows for the 2D apps? It is the section that shows the name/title of the app.

    @Yoonji,

    I hate delivering bad news, but no. The frame is part of the OS itself. It's possible that first-party developers working with Microsoft can alter this, but for the typical developer like you and me, it isn't.
