how to insert a gameobject having the same measure as the a real object.
example insert a virtual cub in the real world that has the same size as a real cub.

    I would say create the model however you are creating it then when it gets imported into Unity change the Scale Factor in the models import settings which can be found in the inspector when you have clicked on the model in the project files hierarchy. Put the model into the HoloLens and then adjust as desired until you have matched the real life size.
