dell visor freeze at gaze at gem
Hi there,
during setting up the dell visor it doesn't go any further than gaze at the gem, it recognizes when I am gazing at it, but nothing else happens, what is wrong ? any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you figure out what was wrong? Experiencing a similar issue.
Same issue here, I cannot go further, because the gem not responds to my gaze.
Anyone figured it out what was wrong?
My headset is a Lenovo Explorer. Anywhere else, it is working fine, for example in steam.
