I can't log in to my Hololens after initial setup
Hi, just got a Hololens which I bought through my organization. I set it up using my company e-mail and password, and successfully launched and played around with the Hololens. I chose "my company owns this device" when prompted.
When I tried to download RoboRaid, it wouldn't accept my password, and I couldn't use my other Microsoft account either.
After I restarted my device, I cannot log in at all. I cannot change users. I cannot reset without logging in. I am sure that I am entering the same password I entered when I initially set up the device.
Please help!l

You can do the factory reset using buttons. I forget the exact ones to hold but this document sounds accurate:
