Giving users in a domain the right to use Mixed Reality?

Hello everybody :),

when I try to set up the Dell Visor (Mixed Reality Headset) in a domain network using user in that domain, the Mixed Reality Portal is telling me (after setting up the room... quite late in the process), that I am not allowed to use it:

"Bevor Windows Mixed Reality eingerichtet werden kann, muss das Feature von ihrem Administrator für ihre Organisation aktiviert werden."

Translated:

"Before Windows Mixed Reality can be set up, the feature must be enabled by its administrator for its organization".

I am not sure how to activate that privilige. Does anyone have a hint for me?
On a a computer outside the domain, it is working flawlessly.

Best regards and thank you very much in advance
Fuchur
