Anyone experiencing problems to run Unity 2017 3of3 in Windows 10 Build 17083?
Recently upgraded to Build 17083 and now find I am unable to create new projects in Unity 2017 3of3... On program opening, display does not provide access to the normal layout and unable to switch from game / scene / asset tabs... only about a 1/6 of usual layout displays... have submitted a report to Unity also to see if they have any feedback on what may be the cause.

BTW this issue was resolved by me Jan 29th by configuring via Control Panel, my display with an Advanced Custom Scaling setting... Visual Studio 2017 & Unity 2017 and all my installed MR Portal Software & Apps functioning. I get occasional minor white/Black screen flashes in the MR Portal.
