Windows immersive Headset Error : H0102000-0

Hi , I have set up mixed reality portal in Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 Build 16299.125. But am not able to get started with the device or simulator because of this error : We're not sure what's up, but this error code should help: H0102000-0.

Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

Same issue here.. I have switchable Radeon HD8500m/R5 AMD A8 CPU 8GB RAM
MixedRealityCheck app says WWDM 2.2 REQUIRED (I have 2.1( ).. And also an exclamatory mark in triangle near R5 graphics (I'll try to force it recognize HD8500m somehow)
I believe the problem is: the freaking gpus operate in "switchible mode" https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c03048374 Bios normally doesn't let me swith to fixed mode where HD 8500m would be THE MAIN AND ONLY GPU... So in this "switchible mode" the main gpu is R5 which has WDDM 2.1 (minimum required is 2.2) and sucks overall And I don't know how to switch gpu using AMD Radeon settings for the freaking mixed reality
    Maybe someone could help?

And.. Please DON'T stupidly advice "UPDATE IT ALL" because it's exactly an update that could cause issues: I control updates manually so I won't of course install https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/help/4090913/march5-2018kb4090913osbuild16299-251
After installing KB4090913 the Mixed Reality Portal may fail to initialize resulting in error “SXXXXXXX-X” or may present a “We couldn’t download the Windows Mixed Reality Software” message after the software is successfully downloaded.

And please YOU BETTER TELL PEOPLE WHAT 1-letter PEFIXES IN ERROR CODES STAND FOR?! I believe:
M MEMORY (I got on my PC with 2Gig memory)
    H HEADSET
But why, a headset problem , If I have AN EMULATED (by developer mode) headset?!
    Or HOLOGRAPHIC (video-card) or WHAT?!

@dbarrett I'd like to try "first install and setup mixed reality And only then turn on developer mode" but it's impossible since I don't have a headset Headset needed without developer mode
Also, to post the following I've switched system language to English and after reboot I got BSOD "system process died" I reinstalled windows with English as default. (nothing else helped) Still same error. Maybe some of my Group Policies cause this
    My group policies
    ?
Also, I believe the following is the main reason: As I've mentioned I have the freaking switchable graphics Radeon R5/HD 8500M. But when I first run mixed reality it runs on R5 which sucks Only then (when it appears in list) I can switch it to HD 8500m It then runs on hd8500 m (confirmed) but it still (as any other app switched this way) thinks that it runs on R5
Mixed real and benchmark are set to high performance

WOW People I've resolved the issue Sorry for I hate these windows updates But when I "showed all hidden updates" and fully updated windows (despite the fact it still complains about not being fully updated - probably doesn't like my group policies) and IT WOKED
Though at first I heard sound but had black windows instead of reality
In my Radeon settings, as I've shown above, Mixed Reality and Benchmarker were set to high performance (HD 8500m a.k.a. gpu1)... So I saw in task manager that dwm.exe was using 100% "gpu 0" And that was the the proplem - they were using different gpus now.. I set dwm to high performance as well... Screen started flickering back an forth (( Windows started sending problem reporting one by one (it tried but my group policy denied)) ) So I rebooted laptop (thought dwm would swith to gpu1) but dwm was still on gpu0 and freaking RadeonSettings reverted all the time dwm to "power sawing"..
So I had to set bot mixed reality, dwm and stuff to "power sawing mode"(( Now it's ugly but it works!!

    Now the question is:
How do I make dwm switch to gpu1? Who do I ask this question? Maybe Amd? Maybe I must start a new branch here.. Maybe I will...

You can try to disable the device. It may be blurry images. I have found similar solution on error 0x8024200b . Here you find a solution about window error which helps you more.
