Steam VR Logo in Cliff House

On the 27 January, this feature was promised at the next Insider build, next insider build is out and I can't see the logo anywhere, am I missing something, or has this not been implemented?

    Has there been any news on this, I'm on build 17115 and STILL there's no sign of the steam logo in the cliff house?

    Was this not a genuine feature?

    is there a way to use the voice controls to launch steamVR?

    or is clicking the tiny icon on the desktop the only way to launch?
