Bluetooth pairing button does nothing

When I hold down the pairing button on my left controller the lights don't start pulsating. The right controller works fine.

    Which way are you using to pair the motion controller? By bluetooth or wired?
    Here is troubleshooting maybe helpful to you.
    If it still does not work, please let us know.

    Bluetooth. I can't even get the pairing process to engage. I turn the controller on with full batteries, hold down the pairing button and nothing happens. The lights stay the same.

    Also what do you mean by wired? Is there another way to pair the controller?
