Cannot get the drivers for HoloLens Sensors to work

in Setting up Windows Mixed Reality

I have tried to do auto and manually and end up with an error code 1 and it states after trying again that windows encountered problem installing and that the install class in not present or is invalid. Any suggestions as to solution. I was supposed to get call from teer 3 today at specified time but it never happened. I have windows 10 ver. 1709 and have downloaded latest updates and still no joy.
