Store app disappeared on HoloLens

I reset HoloLens, and there's no more "Store" app.
Only 6 apps appear in total - Edge, Feedback hub, Settings, Photos, Holograms and Learn Gestures.
I saw in other post updating device solves this issue.
So I tried to update the device in Settings>Device Update, yet I keep getting error installing updates (0x80070002)

FYI, I turned on developer mode and device portal.
